四川外国语大学国际学院（出国培训部）简介

       

四川外国语大学国际学院与四川外国语大学出国培训部合署办公，简称“一部一院”。

国际学院始建于2005年，历经国际教育中心（2005年）与国际教育学院（2008年）两个阶段，2020年底更名为“国际学院”，同年，原四川外国语大学留学生部教学板块并入。 学院开展留学培训已有18年历史，就读学生近10000名。2020年7月，四川外国语大学与教育部留学服务中心建立全面战略合作伙伴关系，在出国留学、来华留学和境外办学等领域开展合作，在此框架下，国际学院为四川外国语大学唯一的出国留学培训项目实施单位。

目前，国际学院有一项中外合作办学项目，即：教育部批准的中法4+0物流管理专业本科教育项目（批准书编号：MOE50FR2A20212158N，专业代码：120601H，该项目是川外与法国斯特拉斯堡大学合作举办）；两大类与教育部留学服务中心全面战略合作留学培训项目，一是2+2项目，二是1年及1年以下的项目，涉及8个语种，12个项目；同时，国际学院为来华留学生提供汉语语言文学本科学历教育和汉语语言培训。此外，学院设有重庆塞万提斯语言中心、俄语中心、意大利语中心等中外语言文化教育机构、海外考试中心以及出国留学咨询服务有限公司，为学生提供外语培训、外语考试、留学咨询以及学校申请等全方位服务。

出国培训部创建于1979年，属国家教育部直属全国11家出国留学人员培训部之一。经过40余年的持续耕耘与不断创新，出国培训部建构起一套完整的短期外语强化培训体系，为高校、科研院所、企事业单位选派的学员及个人外语学习者提供不同类别、不同层次的8个语种的外语语言综合技能培训、专门用途外语培训、出国留学外语考试及跨文化交际课程培训。40多年来，约6万余位学员在川外培训大社区相遇成长、结下了浓郁的 “歌乐情缘”。

“一部一院”共有教职员工55人，其中42名专任教师，13名行政人员。专任教师中有5位教授，有博士学位或正在攻读博士学位的教师14人，外语专任教师都具有海外留学背景。

学院秉持开放包容的办学理念，致力于整合优质教育资源，打造国际人才培养基地，促进中外教育交流。

ABOUT  US        

Described as “One Center, One School”, the MOE Training Center for Overseas Study (TCOS) and the school of International Studies (SIS) of Sichuan International Studies University (SISU) are managed by the same administration team.  Established in 1979, TCOS is one of eleven language training centers under the direct administration of MOE. With more than four decades of sustained growth, TCOS has developed a wide range of short-term foreign language training programs, catering to the needs of many different types of students, especially scholars from universities and research institutions and business and government employees. Our intensive and tailored programs in eight languages include language for general purposes, language for special purposes, international language testing, and cross-cultural studies. These programs have been widely acclaimed by more than sixty thousand trainees who have joined our dynamic learning community over the past 40 years.

SIS was founded as the Center for International Education in 2005 and renamed as the College of International Education in 2008. It was merged with the former International Students’Department of SISU in 2020. SIS has provided quality international foundation programs to approximately 10,000 students. In July 2020, SISU forged a comprehensive strategic partnership with Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), which has effectively expanded the supply of the nationally-accredited international programs at SIS.

Currently, SIS provides an outstanding and comprehensive array of academic programs. The Sino-French 4+0 Logistics Management Undergraduate Degree Program with the University of Strasbourg, France is a Sino-foreign joint education program accredited by MOE. In cooperation with CSCSE, SIS offers twelve international foundation programs in eight languages in categories -- those of one year or less of international foundation program and those of two years. SIS also runs degree and non-degree programs in Chinese language and literature for international students. In addition, affiliated to SIS are Chongqing Testing Center of Foreign Languages, SISU International Consulting Service Co Ltd., and a number of international language and cultural exchange institutions including Chongqing Cervantes Language Center, Russian Language Center and Italian Language Centre. With 42 faculty and 13 staff members, SIS has a strong emphasis on open and inclusive education. It is committed to integrating quality global educational resources and optimizing Sino-foreign educational exchange.
